DeMatha’s student body hails from communities all over the Washington Metropolitan area, including Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Howard counties and southern Maryland.
In order to make commuting as convenient as possible, DeMatha offers a variety of transportation opportunities. We assist families in helping to arrange carpools for students. Private bus transportation is currently available from the Annapolis, Dunkirk and Waldorf areas for an additional fee. Many students utilize public transportation, including the Metro. The school operates a free morning and afternoon shuttle from the Prince George’s Plaza Metro station.
